Once the contractor has received the request, they are required to expediently contact the customer to schedule an appointment. It expected that the technician will request all the necessary information to complete the service call in one appointment. Service must be initiated within 48-hours of receiving the request. It is also expected that in instances of extreme heat or cold, the technician will do everything possible to expedite repairs.
